Domestic shipping: Free USPS Priority Mail shipping on US orders $100 and up to the same address within a 7 day period. We use USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation to ensure fast and safe delivery of your purchases. Express Mail is also available for those last minute purchases. International shipping: We use USPS international mail services depending on each countries requirements and restrictions for jewelry. Any fees, duties, taxes, or customs charges are the buyers responsibility. Check with your countries requirements before purchasing. We will not put false information on customs forms. If jewelry is a prohibited item to your country please do not buy!
Our shipping costs are clearly stated in all our listings. We only charge actual shipping charges and a modest handling fee to help cover the cost of packing materials and our time. We do not make a profit on our shipping charges!

We guarantee all of our wire jewelry. We will repair or replace any defective setting at no charge.

Refund for purchase price will be given minus shipping & handling charges. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is because of our error. CUSTOM WORK IS NON-REFUNDABLE!
