What is your return policy?
30 days. Please contact us within 7 days. Item must be returned in the same new unused condition as it was received. We will refund the purchase price less shipping & handling costs. If the reason for the return is our error, all costs will be refunded. CUSTOM WORK IS NON-REFUNDABLE!
Why do you use Priority Mail instead of First Class?
We use Priority Mail to ensure fast and safe delivery of your purchases. Domestic Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 days depending on the location of delivery.
What is Gold Filled?
14k Gold Filled, rolled gold wire is created by taking a tube of real 14k gold and bonding it to a core of brass through extreme heat and pressure. The layer of 14k gold is 100 times thicker than gold plate and results in a stronger, more durable and resistant to tarnish metal. Gold Filled is considered to be a lifetime product under normal wear.
Do you combine shipping?
We will gladly combine purchases within a 7 day period to save on shipping charges. Purchases of $100 or more within a 7 day period to the same US (domestic) address are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for FREE!
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We ship Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail. In most cases we will ship your item within 1 business day after receiving clear payment. Domestic mail is usually 2-3 days. International Priority mail can take 10-20 days depending on customs. Please keep in mind that we have no control over the postal services actual delivery times!
How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
Domestic is $5.00, International shipping charges vary according to location. We charge a modest handling charge .25 domestic $1.50 international per package to help cover packing materials and our time. We do not make a profit off of our shipping and handling charges.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope. We will gladly combine as many items as will fit to save on shipping charges. We can also ship USPS Global Express upon request if you require faster delivery. Contact us before purchasing for an accurate shipping quote.
I am allergic to base metal, can I wear your jewelry?
If you can wear 14k gold without an allergic reaction than you shouldn't have a problem wearing our 14k gold filled jewelry. Our jewelry is made so only the layer of 14k gold comes into contact with the skin. If you are allergic to nickel you could have a reaction to sterling silver as it does contain a small amount of nickel to harden the silver.
Where do you get your gemstones?
The gemstones we use come from all over the world. We personally hand select our gemstones from our reputable sources. We guarantee our gemstones to be as advertised.
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes we do! We can make custom jewelry pieces with our stones or yours. Contact us for more information. Custom work can take 2-3 weeks to complete. We can give you a price and time quote upon request.
What sizes do your rings come in?
Size 4 to 15 including quarter and half sizes are available for most of our rings. If you need larger than size 15 contact us for a price quote. We offer free re-sizing on most of our rings. Check the listing for the re-sizable option. You can always contact us if you are not sure.
How do I know what size ring I need?
We recommend going to a fine jewelry store and having your finger measured in size. This is usually free. The ring should fit snug over the knuckle and comfortable on the finger without being loose. We use a standard jewelers ring mandrel to make our rings. We do make quarter and half sizes as well as full sizes for a custom fit.
Does your silver jewelry tarnish?
Yes. The only silver that does not tarnish is Fine Silver. Fine Silver is too soft to use in wire jewelry and would not hold up to wear as well. The best way to slow tarnish down is to clean and dry silver jewelry after wearing and store in a plastic zipper baggie. Air causes oxidation on silver which creates tarnish.
